There is no question that it seems that the Healthnet settlement accomplished very little. Heck maybe it was Amarin that wanted the settlement details sealed.
I think you see what the plan is its been almost two years and Denner is doing nothing different than the old management. I guess you just have to hope someday they can somehow make enough revenue in the Europe to be able to sell the company for like 5 a share. Not sure what your cost basis is but thats probably about the best they are going to get. The judge destroyed this company that is pretty clear now and a reality I finally excepted in the last few months . Just far too many headwinds for Denner to ever be able to get like 15 a share for this company.
