Hi Kentucky. I don't think a partnership will come anytime soon - but it would create value of course if it were to happen.
Edit: partnerships are hard to predict and really difficult to form before there is something tangible to partner around. Even when there IS something tangible it is difficult. Anavex is, IMO, not at a stage where partnering would happen. There is plenty of time for this: it will take 13 months to approve and a partner can wait because subsequently each EU country has to approve reimbursement terms. It all takes time.
But, even when the risk is wrung out, partnerships can be hard to strike. Take VRNA which is at the start of a historically successful pulmonary launch: it wants an EU partner but no partner is stepping up. Their drug would sell $5b in the EU alone, I think, but GSK and AZ and others are (apparently) not engaging. Partnering is hard.
