lj: Another problem with Trump's policies.
I bought WEN a few weeks ago. Today, I went to a local Wendy's and waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru line, so I went in. The lady told me to scoot. She was the only employee and said she wasn't taking any more orders and was closing the store. She followed me to the door and locked it. It is cold and very windy. Their workforce uses public transportation and the restaurant is 3/4 of a mile from the bus stop.
So, what happens when Trump sends home the Latino workers?
The aforementioned Wendy's workers are African-American and don't drive.
Latinos drive to their work. Will businesses rely on workers who do not drive?
If there is a storage of low-income workers now, what would happen if everyone is shipped home.
Answer: It ain't gonna happen.
