Actually, a ClubCar or EZ-Go golf cart loaded right now runs around $19-23k. Since Covid, being that golf was one of the few things still allowed, the prices shot way up, but sadly the ability to get one went way down. So interestingly, the Chinese swooped in and started building their own brands for much cheaper. I can buy an Evolution golf cart(Chinese made) for $5k right now fully loaded. There was an article the other day talking about enforcing new tariffs on the Chinese as their government is giving money to Chinese companies that export products to the U.S., and golf carts were the focus of the article. I'm telling you, if you hadn't caught it yet, Chinese are on a mission to dethrone the U.S. Dollar and our government has stood by and watched, because China is buying most of our U.S. Bonds and T-Bills for years. NOW, they're cutting way back and they've got us by the nutsack. Not to mention, the US Govt has allowed China and Russia to buy up a large portion of the rare earth mines IN THE US which will make us dependent on them for Lithium as we stupidly push for electric cars.
I don't understand how I can see our future but the current President can't.

This article was in last weekends Wall Street Journal talking about what drives $TPL. Not sure if you can read it or not, but it explains better than I what TPL has to offer and why its running. Historically it has been a huge swing stock. I've traded it several times and been very hit and miss. I try not to get greedy and buy a stock too early as it has rarely worked out well for me. However, lately everything is a run and if you wait you can miss some big moves. But I try to live by the philosophy, "Lost opportunity is better than lost money". I bought back into SMCI too soon and I KNEW better! Then you're in a game of adding on the way down and I HATE that strategy. I want to add on the way up. So I don't think TPL is an add until I see some sort of base. Probably around 1100, but maybe not until 950(currently its around 890, but rising)

Update....I sold 4000 shares of $SOUN this morning at $13.80....should have sold on the open. Cost basis now covered, lets see what happens.
I had an interesting talk with daughter_derf last night. She's very high up in the corporate ladder for a Fortune 500 company. She says the purchase from another massive corporation to fund their AI future is absolutely outrageous!
These workers do not realize they are building their replacements! Has anyone not seen Terminator to know how this all ends??!! Sure, everyone makes money in the stock market, when everyone is unemployed they try to figure out how to make enough to replace their social security check they would have gotten....most put it into penny stocks.

I've got a contrarian play for ya......I haven't bought any, but $SWBI just got hit by poor earnings and is down pretty big today. Currently $10.98. I'm not a gun guy, but.......the dividend keeps rising and now over 4.8%
