They say they are a high tech startup. It is difficult to tell when sales will take place. I doubt Lightwave could or would file a patent infringement suit before sales. I think it more likely Lightwave's attorneys would assert patent infringement directly with Silorix first and try to reach a licensing agreement with them. It is possible they have tried and failed and the next step is lawsuit once Silorix begins sales. I of course am making an assumption that they stole Lightwave's technology when Lightwave worked with them. The 3 main people on their website are engineers, not chemists, which helps inform my assumption.
