I have been wondering if part of the legal fee increase in Q3 has to do with suing Silorix for patent infringement.  The 10Q said there was no litigation, but that doesn't mean the attorneys aren't involved preparing to litigate.

The manure (proper version of ....) keeps on piling up for LWLG it seems. Silorix doesn´t have a collaboration anymore with LW according to chatgpt, despite having record breaking results in the past...makes you wonder what´s really going on with the money spent on attorneys indeed!!

I’m not sure who is the original source of this break up news (no longer collaborating with SilOrix, “they are infringing on our patents, Lebby is mad about it” talk comes from).
Seems a pretty heavy suggestion as silOrix tout their successes.

I’ve always assumed the companies who we are providing materials/tech to would tout their own successes first. That’s natural, smart PR.
But, this situation (according to some) seems much worse…. Relationships damaged!

Certainly worthy of some clarity from the LWLG Executive Team.
Isn’t being involved in a law suit over patent infringement considered public information to shareholders?
