So yes it's not impossible to get some other manufacturer's strain to be approved . BCG is not a novel drug . It is one of the oldest vaccines available for a century now . Merck was neither the first or is largest manufacturer by a wide margin

First, you have posted this many times asserting Merck is causing the shortage, so no need to play coy on that subject,

As far as Direct, they are free to go anywhere. As I said, the approval is for the drug, NWBO needs an API so can go ex-US. As far as bladder cancer patients, they are prioritized over vaccinations so are not short.

Frankly, I find your spin on this pathetic.
