Once SpaceX tender offer closes this will fall. Not entirely sure where its at in that process. Tsla is routinely pumped so its investors can make profits enough to buy SpaceX employee shares. Arks been unloading some of its TSLA shares over several transactions. Look at that valuation which was only 225m in Nov. Something fishy about how much that has climbed in such a short period of time. Understand, TSLA is a vehicle to help fund SpaceX. In this case, its to help SpaceX retain some of the best talent by giving them shares and then the chance to unload some of them at lofty prices.
I've speculated that the hammer may fall on Tesla and Musk for its vehicles killing people, while it knew about the problems. Musk being buddy buddy with new administration would likely shield him from any potential illegal activity hes been involved with should it come out or the justice department found that Tesla was indeed a fake it until it makes it scam. Musk will not suffer what happened to Holmes after Theranos' fall.

SpaceX mulls tender offer at $350B valuation

SpaceX’s valuation continues to rise at an eye-popping pace, with the company reportedly in talks to sell insider shares at a price that would value it at around $350 billion, Bloomberg reported.

It would mark an enormous increase from the $255 billion price that was circulating last month, and a doubling since shares were sold at a $175 billion valuation in December 2023.

SpaceX regularly holds tender offers, typically twice per year, to allow employees the opportunity to liquidate some of their shares to a select group of investors. (A sweet deal that is not without some serious fine print, as TechCrunch reported earlier this year.)

According to Bloomberg’s sources familiar with the new offer, conversations are ongoing and the details, like the final price, could change. But if the deal closes, it would make SpaceX the most valuable venture-backed private company in the world.
