$RGLG - I knew it was a great deal for him. Wow - he's got a huge gain already. That's a $495,000 market value at .0011. (450,000,000 shs X .0011) = $495,000. This doesn't make a lot of sense to me if the numbers are right.
Maybe that was the agreed upon value when the Note was signed???? Who knows? I suppose I should read the details. Thanks to whoever posted it.
Why not issue enough new shares to pay it off in $$$$$ ?
