Yes i agree i thought about that but im still evaluating this .After looking at this i think the 3 people from Coretec will still get the votes and that once the smaller shareholders there understand more about who they are they will be more accepting of the this move by Kib.
There are a couple of Kim Hyun-tae i found in Korea one is an attorney who gets involved matters like this at LEE & KO in Korea who but it may not be him and another guy is a successful investor who is CEO of the largest pention fund in Korea who is very well known . Or it could be someone else . I havnt seen any legal filings yet challenging this vote Dec 13th at this point .
