Looks like the assignee who was Axios Equity Fund LLC, i this one share acquisition part of the deal changed today and the Coretec Group will be the assignee not Axios Equity Fund LLC. This was just a change involving 24,000,000 shares . Total CRTG as i remember would be like 41 million or 17% of their stock acquired putting Coretec in the position as the largest shareholder
