If they are silent after any approval, I will be right there with you, but for now, you just sound like an idiot trying to bait NWBO to piss off the MHRA. LC is trying to do the same thing by asking them to flaunt their compassionate data ahead of any approval. It’s figurative water boarding NWBO while they have to keep silent during the review. Here is the segment I took from the supplemental material of the JAMA paper. Up to 30% of patients had pseudo-progression. Do you know what it means? It means massive t-cell infiltration into tumor site which can cause swollen tissue and make tumor look like true progression.

We are talking highly sophisticated science and you have to have yourself equipped with some fundamentals first. Otherwise you are uttering nonsense which makes you look like a clown.
