Raggy ...thx , will chk out. . Biotech is often driven by near term catalysts ...which in AMRN's case might be the reimbursement decision in Italy ( Who they will cover and to what degree ) . In biotech RMB and I are in ARDX and UNCY ....both with near term catalysts ...high risk but U might want to chk out. Around 40% of my wife's dialysis patients never reach serum phosphorous goals on the current meds . In UNCY's trials 91 % were able to reach pho goals. . ARDX 's drug has also seen success with patients ,when existing meds failed.
Huge surprise in the AI field for me was / is APP. Bt it around $90 and assigned it my high school aged son at $110, provided he could explain to me what they were doing . Yikes
AMRN needs an APP like moment .
Good luck

(OT) I know, another stock recommendation..... I bought into Lumen years ago ($10) when it was paying a 10% dividend. I know, highly leveraged debt, stopped paying the dividend, stock cratered, Low of Year .78, High of Year 10.29. Great trading stock if you can time it right. Let me ask all of you this question; It's great to own Artificial Intelligent stocks like Palantir, Nvidia, IONQ, etc. But think for a moment how these companies will interface (transport their data) with each other? My money's on transporting the data. The buildout of Data Centers, the supply of Electricity to support these data centers?
I've been recommending the following Three (3) Sectors to anyone that I meet.
AI related (LUMN, PLTR, etc.)
Electric Vehicles (LUCID, RIVN, TSLA (too expensive)
Electric Utilities (They pay dividends)
It's healthy to have discussions on up and coming technologies. I'm still heavily into Amarin too, I just think Alex Denner is not quite done, there is a plan, we're just not privvy to it.

BTW, Posting on Yahoo is a joke. I'm glad JesseLivermore suggested moving the Amarin discussion to IHUB years ago. Yahoo is so greedy that they allow Spammers to post their nonsense. It detracts from legitimate posters. Yahoo used to be a good place to get information. They also have their Network Nazi's who vehemently reject any form of Freedom of Speech.

oneragman, of the four you mentioned, (IONQ, QBTS, QUBT and RGTI) which two of these are your picks if you're buying today. As mentioned, they have all been on a tear since October. QUBT up +1400%, RGTI up 484%, etc. I believe AMRN will do this some day, just not in the near future.
TIA as I may may some adjustments to my AMRN shares for a few months.

Yes, you’re right, the Biotech sector is in a serious slump. Here’s the central reason in my opinion. My belief is JFK Jr. isn’t an appropriate choice for the HHS post. Since his nomination the biotech index has fallen over 400 points. All twelve of my biotech companies have performed abysmally. God forbid if you invested in the weight loss sector, the bottom has fallen out. For several months AMRN held steady around 60 cents without hitting new lows, things got much worse right after the JFK Jr. announcement. He’s not qualified and will be a giant step backwards in my opinion. Please don’t attack me for being liberal, far left or a sore loser. My politics have nothing to do with my belief. I’m not partisan. If a democrat nominated him, I’d feel the same damn way. I was a stock broker. The first adage I learned was Wall Street hates uncertainty. That’s all he brings to the table.
