You have that backwards. Dunn was the one that overrode the advisory board that 11 to 1 recommended against approval of the Aduhelm. 3 of the advisory board resigned in protest of the decision by Dunn.
Dunn resigned 2 1/2 years after that controversial approval.
Billy Dunn was pushed out of the FDA after it became fully clear that he had been too close to the pharma companies and had performed many services for e.g. Biogen that were not in line with his government role. I assume he meant well, but overstepped by far. Those big companies are very clever in influencing people.
Billy Dunn did not resign from the FDA over the Aduhelm debacle because he had ethics. He was forced out of the FDA because he didn't have ethics. You know less than nothing about this.
