Dave Innes gives no information on MHRA approval timeline or inspections as this is material information which would be a selective disclosure violation of RegFD.

That you don’t think there are countless loopholes and ways to get around this just shows your absolute naivety regarding this whole industry.

If they company is actually being given guidance on this, which is doubtful, I doubt if DI is getting the information so he can't provide proprietary information by mistake.
