JRoon, we didn't give Sarissa the entire board. Amarin board fully resigned after the vote. The vote was mainly to get PWO out and gain seats for Sarissa.
Amarin refused to give him any board seats and now I guess I can see why. I think all denner really cares about is making his fund money period. If I had it to do over I would never have voted for him but I fell for the hype.
