Oh I understand the difference between treatments but that doesn’t matter when it comes to demand by patients for something that works and works really well. Of course the numbers of patients will be different because of cost but demand will still be quite significant from those who can afford it and will create an enormous demand for reimbursement from those who can’t as well at which point the pressure begins to shift onto insurance providers.
