Biza obviously created those entities with the intent to leverage his former relationships with Movychem and/or Duffy. If you ever find any association with Duffy and AEGEA holdings or Movychem Holdings, that might be extremely surprising -- since I can't imagine Duffy would have access to all the funding under AEGEA HOLDINGS' control and not find a way to use it to XERIANT's advantage.
