Thanks for the update...Are we talking about a forward Forward split or Reverse split? as forward splits dont crush shareholders... Thinking you used reverse merger instead of reverse split in the update. Can you clarify?

This looks very promising, and I'm looking forward to the future here with $ZHUD. Side note: Just checking, I haven't been reading through all the posts here as much I'd normally be able to, been distracted with other life issues. Is there an official announcement expected to be released as disclosure/news, that might show up on otc markets sometime soon? Or was it posted and released by other reporting source?
