Declaes to me is actually worse than Leon. Hawkins got 1.1 million from duping Leon to go into business with him and then running multiple programs into the ground. Leon gets hundreds of thousands of dollars in management fees. So they had a clear benefit. What is Declaes benefit in pushing this shit on unsuspecting people? None that I see.
