This was based on a Simon Kutcher report dated Oct 8th. Again I was not expecting it this year but technically there is some last minute stragglers through end of the year and I am not sure Oct 8th would be the date to have the full list. I guess I am feeing a bit confused but should hopefully clear up soon.
