Why not shed some light of yours on the paper? I am not sure if the longs have any interest about how you feel about limpets. But I am certain the longs would be interested to know if any arbitrary DCs pulsed with tumor lysate can have the same efficacy. My answer is no. Otherwise Lisa Butterfield, Caroly Britten, Nina Bhardwaj, and other students of Ralph Steinman would have had breakthroughs long time ago.
