Actually, Ms Hui is likely now a Soma shareholder, just like us (via divis). If so, her interests are our interests. ie: Getting the deal inked and PR'd, and moving on with the business of mining.

Though, she would now be an official insider, so technically couldn't disclose anything once she's signed the contract.
