Plus LG and LP seems to have played this game in 2017 with the retail and it appears that a lot of known posters (that are still around) were pumping at that time too. Apparently, it went nowhere.

So my bet is we see a repeat of 2017. We will have more bag holders.

Probably because it would be illegal. If there was such an arrangement an insider investing would be a no-no.
