Every such deal with a BP that I have heard is announced even though the milestones are conditional,.

so now you are back on what you previously said. Now its yes it does exist (a deal between BP and a small biotech on the condition of approval) but now you are saying you just never heard of it not being PRed right away although that condition (approval) has not been met before.

what you are trying to say is that you find it odd other milestone deals between small and big pharma (based on for example approval) were always PRed by these companies. What you forgot to mention is that these other deals were always material because upfront payment was always involved.

NWBO will, as I suspect, get paid for licensing on condition of approval and did not, which has not as you may have noticed, come to pass yet and is therefore not material yet.
