BP partnership deals that include milestone payments for trials, approvals and revenue are normal. When they are signed they are hugely material and made public sending the PPS way up (for small dev stage companies)..
This message board is suggesting a deal that is totally non-existent unless approval occurs and as such is not being disclosed.
Your arguments here are just as absurd as when you denied the FDA had an issue with summary level trial data (despite numerous links by me) or when you were sure of approval this year (if you recall that bet).
