Previous administrations sought to destroy commons. Trump Admin, which is more respectful of liberties, freedoms and human rights, I believe will seek a non-confrontational solution that is more appealing to both sides resulting in dropped lawsuits paving the way for release. Key to resolving this issue is a Treasury Secretary appointment that compliments Trump and excels in negotiating skills. Trump has demonstrated he is committed to release in his second term. He knows F&F play an important role in any economic recovery that is going to take place and release is integral to that process. Treasury has always been running the show here contrary to what they would have us believe. I also believe Musk and Ramaswamy will have a field day with FHFA and will be one of their first targets for DOGE (Dept of Gov Efficiency).
