Haven’t heard anything about remote controlled Model Y or anything - not possible IMHO as you lose internet in tunnels (I lose Satellite radio even in just densely wooded areas) The vision is to allow consumer cars for sure.
There is such alack of detail. (as usual with Elon's predictions) we will wait to see. I just cant calculate any value at this moment specially as he is distracted and has a new demanding boss
