oh no, theres no question there, a down payment is a down payment, usually there is terms for those, i know that.

however it does not effectually explain all the other outstanding matters.

One thing is for sure, i held out for a long time expecting he would get his act together. It now appears he will not, he will continue to run his sandbox as he sees fit.

I am not sure what he is planning, but I have seen this krap b4, and I am not so much thinking so long term no more.

For me to talk about cutting out some of my "long" intentions is a sad thing as I have found myself long more often than not. Were pink here, longs are rare and defined by the speed of their second hand on the watch.

I wonder if we can email Ms Hui and have an open call with her or at least somebody verbose deliver some questions to her..I know a few will poo-poo this idea but since we have an imbecile CEO who believes that regardless of our loyalty and hard spent cash we are given no more credence than the man on the street than surely we are at liberty to at least try and protect ourselves?? A list could be drawn up and a long we all trust may deliver the questions. I know she is not obliged to give any answers but if we are to be partners as PR states than maybe she will comply??
I have no wish to compromise the so-called deal so this may not be a great idea but Im stuck for any others? Anyone
