See the following figure. Do you know what the column of TNF-a indicates? Let me tell you what it means. Macrophages are the primary producers of TNF-a. Clearly, Direct triggered massive t-cell infiltration into tumor site and then brought in tumor-associate macrphages. You do know how TAM can be depleted, don't you?
