LMAO i know, 2 short years ago they were going to buy them for 64 million. I guess no one told them that bankruptcy doesn't discharge any money obtained by fraud, false pretenses or false representation. Ill have to log into pacer and see if Henry's or PHIL's name pop up in any of filings.
