Anavex is using the stock market the way it is designed, to raise capital for business purposes.
Anavex is selling shares to fund product development, which is what start up companies do.
You can argue the selling shares is not dilution if the funds raised ultimately create more value than the Dollars raised by the shares being sold.
The jury is still out on what the shares will ultimately be worth. My opinion is that my investment will be worth more than what I have invested. If that is the case, then the shares being sold are not diluting my investment value.
Currently my investment in Anavex is worth a lot more than what I paid for it. So if what Missling is doing is dilution, I hope he continues because it is making me money.
