Daniel Gilcher our cfo was instrumental in bringing Nuvo 300m valuation to the Nasdaq on 9/29/23 through a spac at 10.50 a share. Daniel Gilcher was then hired by mexedia in may as CFO. imo daniel is there to handle this reverse merger for which he has experience.
