ATL and Dstock, I wondered the same thing about whether we could see tumor shrinkage in a tumor that's been resected before treatment withs L. In the past, surgeons tried to remove everything they could, but a few cancer cells were inevitably left behind. After the Ph. 3 results were unveiled, we learned that DCVax-L actually worked very well (better?) when it had more tumor to fight because the tumor created a bigger immune response. I'm curious if surgeons will now try to leave more tumor inside the patient.
I think eventually Direct will replace L.
