This can't be true! We've been told over and over and over again how LP is incompetent, sitting on her thumbs pissing shareholder value away!

Sounds to me like she, as she's been doing for a while now, has been working to grease the skids, sort of peak, to enable DCVax to hit the ground running (or just fly and not hit the ground at all).
