Total BS. Be aware shareholders are not stupid and daily crap knowing less than nothing about facts or regulation is for one intent: to damage and defame Company. Fraudsters and manipulations in OTC and DBMM Archives by same people. Self-serving personified.
The OIP Dismissal was achieved by facts, mitigating circumstances acknowledgment by regulators , bashers wrong every step of the way and denied facts. Nevers wrong every time.
FACTS:
1. Bashers bully to get information they are not entitled , in order to twist it outside of SEC approved sources . They certainly are not approved by any proper sources .
2. To say an OTC Sponsored event , by invitation, is not building the business and establishing additional relationships is ignorant.
3. The Company is building its infrastructure as a management consultantcy.
4. Bashers have Never understood regulations . Phony opinions of crap. No experience, no expertise and no facts. And cannot cite anything but Defamation.
5. The bashers now complain about too many Updates? Doesn’t fulfill their need of scaring shareholders.

7. Company Advisors and Company support like OTC Markets know who you guys are. Cannot hide behind false fronts and false names .
8. Stop making demands and threats. Just want to depress shares and lie with misinformation. Until you can’t.
