That seems like a reasonble guess, but I wouldn't put it past the Scumbag CEO to delay the conference until December (after all he delayed the last conference for a few weeks)

The announcement of the web-conference may take place tomorrow with the conference scheduled for early Monday morning.  That is not the best timing, but it is the best that can be done in November.  Other announcement days are either too close to the conference, happen late in the week, or happen in a short week.

  An important issue concerns the possibility of investors asking Thompson questions, either before or during the web conference.  Questions asked before the conference can help Thompson address these points in his remarks, while questions only during the conference are likely to be given short shrift.  A fixed end-time for the conference is also not especially good for investors.

Frankly, I'd be happy with the web-conference being pushed back to December 2 or 3 and provide a good window for investor questions in advance of the conference,  Taking a little extra time and doing it right is better than a rush job.  The online presentation was announced on February 27, 2019 and the presentation occurred on March 19 -- a 20-day interval.  Thompson PR'd the web conference first on October 21st, but we still have no actual date.

We will have to wait and see what happens ...
