News Tuesday is the educated guess bc Kim doesn't release on holidays.
And DUH the conference HAS to be announced this week because later this month literally only leaves Thanksgiving week at this point and announcing it a week in advance means next week which - it could be done I guess but that leaves little to no room for hype.
Also, again, the web conference won't be announced until totals from this batch are counted....aka this week.
