Affluence Corp owning OneMind Technologies has an obligation to fund any expansion, the research and development, operating costs and other expenses. At the same time when OneMind Technologies is operating at a profit Affluence Corp will be rewarded with profits. I am hoping this new partnership with MTi Mingothings will streamline profits for OneMind Technologies. That in turn could lead to profits for Affluence Corp. The profits could lead to Affluence Corp to buy back stock shares in the future or payoff debt.
This is the way it works, company not diluting, it is the funders that are diluting, when the stock is not getting any demand for shares, those dilutors want their money back and they will sell to the lowest bid. Company is in bed with toxic lenders, period.
