I never said anything about that I new what the shares would be used for I said you were correct that my math was off.
I then said you were wrong about your merger and acquisition assertions and their costs and how they relate to that share increase . I then said I did not want to say why I thought that, but I will now since you are insinuating I have some special knowledge or insider information. My opinion is as follows:
These increased shares are not related to a merger but that doesn't mean there isn't a merger in the works. I have no way of knowing if there is but I think there is and the share increase is not related to it.
A 13G is not a company document it is filed by an outside party, Mr Hicks filed the 13G and Affluence had no idea he did. I know this because I asked Jim when I read it if we as shareholders should be concerned with the filing that was just put out. His response back to me was "What filing"? So I sent it over to him.
This 13G was filed a week or 10 days after the Board of Director changes and the CEO did not even know it was filed. The massive manipulation by OTCN started at the time of the 13G filing. Pretty obvious to me that the 13G and the BOD moves are not related and that means the 13G is not related to the merger speculation we all have. Our speculation of a merger that may happen is related to the change in the Board of Directors. The 13G has nothing to do with it
