THAT’S A realistic time frame that can and will most likely happen!

DJT Has alot to fix and plan with his admin first before someone he picks for the FHFA can plan to release Fannie and Freddie back into the wild.

He’s made it clear that there is so much to plan/fix he’s going to hire smart people who can and view his views to fix the Gov & country to go and do it rather than pick career people who are part of the swamp and have there own agenda. aka MC & SM who sat around and did nothing to relase them.

This can be much easily fixed, if there is a desire to fix housing in 2025... It need not wait till 2027..
