There was no influence fool. Absolutely no one goes into a dumb bet just because it's their favorite team. They look at the spread and money flow.. How gullible does one need to be in order to surmise that if more women were betting, the odds would have changed and the outcome would be different. This was not an athletic event Learn how betting works before you spew nonsense.
Only if the one betting is the very player who can alter his/her performance, them betting on themselves knowing the outcome because they personally make it happen. A player can't really guarantee a win but they sure as shit can guarantee a loss. Whether that falls into manipulating odds as well may be unknown. Just an aside.
