If NWBO thought the FDA would approve, a BLA would have been submitted by now.

The iterated claim here that the FDA will butch based on UK+EU approval is simplistic. What the FDA will want to see from a (new) DCVAXL medical trial to get approval AFTER UK+EU approval remains a mystery to everyone.
