Was LP lying? Or was she (or "they") just totally clueless?

LP is a bit of an enigma to me, I go back and forth.

Sometimes I swear she’s just a really smart, corrupt and evil person trying to make as much money for herself as possible. I won’t go so far as to say the whole thing is a scam, especially with Dr. Liau so involved, but I am 100% convinced that with LP, the good of Powerless is first priority, the good of the company second priority.

Then on occasion, especially after the rare occurrence when she speaks in public, I think ‘wow, this person actually is just this stupid’.

Or was she knowledgeable about the IRP program’s potential to reduce the backlog.

The MHRA is arguably quite competitive

FDA
(Below not including clock off time)
300 days standard target
180 days priority target.

MHRA
(Below not including clock off time)
210 days standard target
150 day priority target.

MHRA also must add time to validation target of less than 30 days, while the fda builds the equivalent into their above timeline.

I do think that MHRA will be faster with new national submissions once the backlog fully clears. Jmho.
