Paulie did not ask whether Trump would win. He asked when he'd declare victory. Declaring victory when he hasn't won is Trump's M.O., and yes, he'll almost certainly do it again.
I'm mildly optimistic that she wins. I don't believe the race is as close as it is. NC closes at 7:30 and an hour later we'll see if Harris can win the state.
