I have been unable to find any independent verification that Redhawk still occupies that space. I believe it does not. Klug likely failed to pay rent. He can't even pay his attorneys.

The latest lawsuit Klug filed last month has this address... The same address is now on Redhawks website too.

Klugs Attorney has 3 days left to correct the judication problem.

The complaint asserts that the Court has jurisdiction over the action pursuant to 28
U.S.C. § 1332, which requires that the lawsuit be between citizens of different States and
the matter in controversy exceeds the sum of $75,000. Plaintiff states it is incorporated in
Nevada and that defendant is a Louisiana Limited Liability Company and “none of the
members are citizens of the State of Missouri.” [Doc. 1 at ¶ 2.]

The Court will grant plaintiff twenty-one (21) days to file an amended complaint
alleging facts showing the existence of the requisite diversity of citizenship of the parties.
If plaintiff fails to timely and fully comply with this Order, the Court will dismiss this
matter for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
