Len apparently doesn't have the spine to tell shareholders the true nature of the challenges they face. What exactly would you have him do? The Ploinks technology is now outdated. VCSY failed to pay for the renewal of most of their patents and they have now expired. 744 expires at the end of the month, and the other SiteFlash patents expired because VCSY didn't pay the maintenance fee. The Tiny Web Server patent maintenance fee is late, but they still can renew it. The key patent for Ploinks got rejected by the USPTO and is dead. The only thing they have is NOW Solutions and Len has been focused on that. As I've said before, implementing an HR Management system (emPath) is a major undertaking and the first thing a buyer will do is to do a financial background check, and they're going to find all about the mess from the former CEO and run in the other direction. Why do you think they haven't sold anything since 2021? It's long past time for the chat folks to face the reality that they were sold a bill of goods.
