VCSY failed to pay for the renewal of most of their patents and they have now expired. 744 expires at the end of the month, and the other SiteFlash patents expired because VCSY didn't pay the maintenance fee. The Tiny Web Server patent maintenance fee is late, but they still can renew it. The key patent for Ploinks got rejected by the USPTO and is dead. The only thing they have is NOW Solutions and Len has been focused on that.
