The problem is the ethical stance on the Leuka procedure. Basically the entire Plll became the study arm after the FDA stepped in, IMO.

well it depends if you have any sort of compassion for another human being. If you do as most people do, I know that sounds as if it's from another planet to you, then it is unreasonable to ask patients to die in the control group so their data can be compared to the treatment. Especially since SOC data is already common public knowledge
