Even is there was naked shorting, which there wasn't, it was easily covered. .021 to .0006. Congrats. Did you actually even invest in NSAV? Do you any any crypto? You are so full of shit. There is no such thing as naked shorting in the OTC, which is a completely automated trading market, with no people involved AT ALL.
However, MM's are required to buy or sell regardless of whether they have inventory, IF the trader is within the MM spread or trading at market. They have to cover that day or report to Finra twice a month if they don't cover.
